I was so worried my whole septic system was failing because we had a small backup for the second time in 3 months on Monday night. Tuesday morning I called A-1 and Rebecca asked question and told me told me her son Brandon would be over sometime that same day.  He came onlyt a few hours later and almost immediately after my questions figured out that we have a House Trap, which is something no other Septic company told me since I bought my house.  Turns out it was SO CLOGGED and he cleaned it out.  He and Nico answered all of my questions, reassured me and then made sure I had his information for any future drain issues. Not only were they responsive when I called, but the speed with which they responded was great as I was worried about any other leaks.  I called a different company that same morning and they said someone would call me later that day, it's Thursday and I never heard back. Have used A1 Septic twice over the years to get my system pumped and both times they were fantastic. Scheduling an appointment was fast and easy. **** SEPTIC PUMP**** This company was great, fast reply with the information I needed . Communicated consistently , they were punctual and professional. The guys showed up and got right to work. My husband and I are first time home buyers, and needed a septic inspection. We called the family at a1 quality septic and they were nothing but pleasant and helpful throughout the whole process. Firstly, A-1 Quality Septic and Drain is a family run business. I would highly recommend them to everyone.  They went above and beyond to help my husband and myself.  We needed a new Leach field.  They came and pumped us out for free until they could get the permit from the city, which took a long time.  They even came out on Memorial Day because they were in our area and pumped us out.  What other company does that????  AMAZING!  Always polite and so very nice.  Gene And Brandon, we’re both so very helpful and nice.  We just had a great experience having them at our home.  Rebecca was wonderful, helpful and just a delight to talk to on the phone.  You can’t go wrong with this company.  Hard-working, family Oriented and just all around great people.  We will forever be grateful to have found them, and will be having them back.  Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all the hard work. Jacob was an honest and fair inspector. My septic system was failed by another company who quoted an extremely costly replacement. Jacob identified the root problem instead of suggesting a whole system replacement that saved us thousands of dollars. A-1 septic is honest and fair and do not rip off customers! Highly recommended!
